By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Delivery times may vary depending on availability and are subject to delays from postal services or force majeure, for which we are not responsible.

To contract with Lot Winther, you must be over 18 years old and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Lot Winther reserves the right to reject any request. If your order is accepted, we will notify you via email and confirm the identity of the party you have contracted with. If the contract is with a third party, Lot Winther acts neither as agent nor principal, and the contract is made between you and that third party, subject to their own terms.

By placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the payment method used, and that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost. Prices for foreign products and services may fluctuate. All advertised prices are subject to change.

Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an invoice via email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract will be formed only once your order has been dispatched and payment processed.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are in DKK and include taxes.

While we try to ensure all descriptions and prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any item you’ve ordered, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. If we cannot reach you, we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and have already paid, you will receive a full refund.

Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are added separately and clearly stated as part of the total cost.

The service may contain typographical or other errors and may not be current. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to refuse orders placed based on such incorrect information.

Shipping

All shipping fees are covered by the shipping charge shown at checkout and vary depending on order size and global shipping preferences. Delivery may take up to 14 days depending on your location.

In case of significant delays, you may be entitled to cancel the contract and receive a refund.

Payment

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure sufficient funds are available. Goods will not be dispatched until this check is completed. Your card will be charged once the order is accepted.

Returns and Refunds

If you discover a defect not caused by misuse within 24 months of purchase, email us with the subject “Customer Complaint,” and we will address the issue promptly. If you are unsure about a product on arrival, please decide quickly whether to keep it. Products damaged by the customer cannot be returned for a refund.

You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it if it is unused and in perfect condition. Please return it in protective packaging along with a copy of your receipt/invoice and a note requesting a refund.

Warranty

Customers have a two-year warranty on all purchases. You must notify us within a reasonable timeframe if you find a defect. Claims made within two months of discovering a defect are always considered timely. The warranty covers defects present at the time of delivery, including production and material errors.
