After hiding the piece in my studio for a few years I decided to take her out into the sunlight, and boy was she happy! Almost like her skin lit up a little. This is among my first watercolor pieces where I clearly remember the feeling of experimentation and curiosity for the medium. It was so clean and comfortable.
